The Health Summit will cover internal and external work done at Cleveland Clinic related to COVID-19, the response to the crisis and ongoing strategy.

“It’s important for us to partner with Content Marketing World because having strong, relevant content is such a critical part of Cleveland Clinic’s approach to marketing,” says Amanda Todorovich, Senior Director of Health Content for Cleveland Clinic and one of the Health Summit presenters. “As one of the leaders in this space, we felt focusing on COVID-19 was crucial this year, because part of our mission is to share and help others learn from what we’ve been able to do and accomplish.”

Speakers in this year’s Health Summit include:

Amanda Todorovich (Senior Director, Health Content, Cleveland Clinic) and Anne Drago (Creative Director, Content & Creative Services, Cleveland Clinic) will cover how their content approach at the beginning of the pandemic evolved to an increasing focus on living with COVID. They will also discuss some of the creative challenges that arose and how they’ve dealt with those.

Ahava Leibtag (President, AHA Media Group) will discuss healthcare content development during COVID-19. Early on in the pandemic, AHA Media began advising hospitals and healthcare providers about the way to talk about COVID and what kind of language to use.

Jared Johnson (Founder, Shift.Health Network) will speak about video and podcasts, and how healthcare marketers have taken advantage of these tools – or not as much as they could be. He will share insights from his own podcast and video work throughout the pandemic, which included speaking with many healthcare marketing thought leaders.
