A new intensive course from Cleveland Clinic Global Executive Education offers a way to navigate through this sea of electronic everything. “The Cleveland Clinic Way: Technology and Innovation Intensive” teaches IT the Cleveland Clinic way and helps physician and administrative leaders implement IT initiatives that strengthen the clinical experience. This three-day program provides a strong foundation in healthcare IT, offers insights into creating an organizational structure and facing challenges like cyber security, and gives an in-depth look at Cleveland Clinic’s unique tools and processes. A team of Cleveland Clinic administrative and clinical leaders provide attendees with a unique perspective into one of the world’s most advanced healthcare technology enterprises.

Sample courses include:

  • Analytic Strategies – leveraging advanced data analytics to support clinical and operational business decisions
  • Design Thinking – A culture of true problem definition and continuous improvement
  • Legal Challenges – HIT in the cloud
  • Commercialization Potential – Innovations at CCF
  • Patient access = MyChart, patient-centered data, access to care
  • Virtual care – remote monitoring, patient-generated data, virtual visits
