Full text is at http://www.fertstert.org/article/S0015-0282(16)61508-X/fulltext
This retrospective study seeks to assess the impact of bariatric surgery on ovarian morphology among women with PCOS., Postoperatively, the patients in this study showed decreased ovarian volume and a trend towards a decline in markers of androgen excess. These results suggest that weight loss associated with bariatric surgery may result in resolution of the key characteristics associated with PCOS including androgen excess and ovarian enlargement.

The Retroperitoneal Approach to Endometriosis
This compilation of videos and animations shows surgeries performed via laparoscopic resection on patients with stage IV endometriosis. In order to resect deeply infiltrating pelvic endometriosis, one must have a clear understanding of the anatomy of the pelvic sidewall and be able to identify numerous landmark pelvic structures. With disease affecting the cul-de-sac with dense adhesions to the peritoneum, the best approach to excision of endometriosis is to access the retroperitoneal space.
