The field of nursing research is growing, and the drive for evidence-based nursing care is more active than ever. Join experts in the field and learn more at Cleveland Clinic’s 16th annual Nursing Research Conference, April 27-28 in Cleveland.
This two-day research intensive nursing conference will feature more than 20 oral presentations, 60 poster presentations and a dozen research design, analysis, and dissemination workshops (for beginners to advanced researchers). And this informative, educational and engaging conference will allow plenty of time for networking and discussing collaborative efforts.
“Our clinical research conference offers invaluable knowledge on the importance of research and dissemination as a critical requirement of evidence-based practice,” says Sandra L. Siedlecki, PhD, RN, APRN-CNS, FAAN, of the Office of Nursing Research and Innovation at Cleveland Clinic. “We have a robust agenda that offers something for everyone.”
This year’s nationally renowned keynote speakers are:
Neurology researcher Molly McNett, PhD, RN, CNRN, FNCS, FANN, a Professor of Clinical Nursing in the College of Nursing at The Ohio State University, and Assistant Director of the Implementation Science Core of the Helene Fuld Health Trust National Institute for Evidence-Based Practice (EBP). Dr. McNett’s research centers on care of critically ill patients after neurological injury.
Sleep researcher Nancy Redeker, PhD, RN, FAHA, FAAN, the inaugural Beatrice Renfield Term Professor of Nursing and Director of the Center for Biobehavioral Health Research at Yale School of Nursing. She holds an appointment in the Department of Internal Medicine (Division of Pulmonary Critical Care and Sleep Medicine) at Yale School of Medicine and was Principal Investigator of the highly successful NIH/NINR funded Yale Center for Sleep Disturbance in Acute and Chronic Conditions.
The event is intended for healthcare professionals, clinical experts and academic professionals. Don’t miss your chance to learn from and network with the best. Sponsored by the Stanley Shalom Zielony Institute for Nursing Excellence, the 16th Annual Clinical Research Conference is being held April 27-28. Attendees can choose to attend one or both conference days.
Registration is available online and open through April, 15. Registration will not be available at the conference. Contact hours will be awarded.
